This small batch seasonal tea is for all my fellow romantics out there! 

Before Sunrise is one of my favorite films of all time (as are Before Sunset and Before Midnight), and this year, to celebrate the 30 year anniversary of its release, I've decided to express my infinite love for Jesse and Celine's fateful night by creating a special tea blend.

This black tea blend begins with a traditional Viennese-dessert-inspired palate of chocolate-orange and hints of apricot jam, reminiscent of the classic Sachertorte.  Dried apricot and calendula petals evoke memories of a summer sunrise in Europe, with a nod to Celine's flowing blond hair and that "hint of red" that she adores in Jesse's beard. 

Finally, you'll catch subtle undertones of earthy vanilla and a fleeting note of bergamot - a reminder that we are all beholden to time.
