In the Practical Magic book series by Alice Hoffman, a secret recipe for “Courage Tea” is mentioned throughout, though the explicit recipe isn’t given - just ingredients here and there - very mysterious!

Although the author finally revealed the blend as having green tea (amongst other things), here is my version of Aunt Isabel’s catalyzing recipe:

Black currant rooibos, vanilla rooibos, dried black currants, cinnamon bark, thyme, lemongrass, rosemary, and hints of clove.
