Added to the site by popular demand, this tea is warming, grounding, and oh-so-healing. Containing six different roots used in Chinese Medicine and Western Herbalism, as well as dried elderberries and reishi adaptogenic mushroom, Rooted in Healing Tea is great to drink when you first feel a cold, cough, or flu coming on - it also assists in getting you through it faster if you’re already under the weather.
Contains Ginger Root, Licorice Root (if you have high blood pressure, ask me to leave this ingredient out), Roasted Dandelion Root, Astragalus Root, Burdock Root, and Marshmallow Root (may slow absorption of other prescriptions or supplements - wait an hour after taking any pills before ingesting the tea), elderberries, and reishi mushroom.
